Apparently, when you are as famous as Lance Armstrong, everyone and EVERYTHING wants to come out to see you when you are in town. Even when you are doing something as simple as canoeing with friends in Hawaii, word spreads to all reaches of the deep that you are in the area, prompting even the "biggest" of fans to come sneak a peek.
