Bloggers Block

I've got it. Bloggers Block. Writers Block, for a blog. I have seated myself in front of this screen on several occasions trying to find interesting, witty stories or happenings to share. I have written out entire entries, only to delete them after realizing I was unhappy with my senseless dribble.

It's not that there is not anything going on. Quite the contrary. Life is in full swing. Go Speed Racer, Go!! Spring projects, work trips, yard work, opening the pool, family events, kids summer camps and gymnastics, over and over and over. That's just it. It's life. Small little daily happenings that whisk the time away, fill the calendar on the kitchen cabinet door, and make the weeks fly, but nothing that I can seem to find interesting enough to fill an entire blog entry. It's just, life. Doesn't need many words.

So I sit, staring at the screen. Mentally retracing the days, trying to figure out what we have been doing that is interesting enough to share. Weeded the gardens. Spread a lot of mulch. Cut the grass, a few times. Been to Abbotts for custard. Opened the pool, and kept the swearing to a minimum. Gavin started his summer camp at school.

Work has taken me to Syracuse several times. Long Island, and Westford, MA. Sorry Welch's. I was so close, but just didn't have time in the schedule to pop in.

The Giro d'Italia wrapped up, and Alberto Contador from Team Astana took the overall victory and pink (yes, a very manly pink) jersey.

That's about it. A summary of life. Father's Day weekend camping is coming up, so I am sure to have some postings then. But, until then, life continues on. Filling the calendar. Passing the time. Making everyday a lot of fun.
